So today we made different kind of cold salads, some seafood and reindeer rolls.
A la carte portion from kitchen was beef minute steak with block potatoes and cheese sauce, i made some seasoned butter.
today was a good day, no rush, no problems and we had time to clean some ''unusual'' places in the kitchen.
i was working with staff+ cook, jukka. I like to work with him cos he has so many new ways for me to do things, so i allways learn something new.
