12 hours behind, im bit tired but in a good mood. There was lot to do but again, i learned a lot
We made lunch for bout 100 ppl and dinner for 15 ppl, together with our chef la cuisine Risto.
These long days makes me think if its worth doing it. I think that nobody whos cooking to make a living, doesnt rlly love doing it. At the end of the day, its allways bout the money. (Picture of the starter).
