Third day in Eskilstuna, and i'm feeling happy bout the Place i get to work. NICE and HIGH quality food and awesome ppl to work with.
The restaurant is called Biif & Grill, and its a steak house. The kitchen is smaller than i've ever seen, but still they made like 300 main Courses last saturday. They make all things themselves and
 when i look the meat fridge, i feel like i'm in heaven. I really want to learn all the things they are doing, and if it's up to me, I'M GONNA LEARN THEM.

Im tired and lazy to write the blog. I was working today and it was nice cos there wasnt too much people. I get to do more and more different kinda things, and i feel like im getting into it.
tomorrow im starting my day at 12am and i think im standing in a hot side with my chef and make the sides.
They changed the menu and we start with the new one tomorrow. Its gonna be a little harder for all of us.
